WE ARE NOT PROTESTERS, WE ARE PATRIOTS.

There have been claims made by senior government officials that those protesting are against the game. This assumption should not be allowed to grow any further. Those young people on the streets are not protesters but PATRIOTS who are fighting for the betterment of the country.

We are fighting for a country where getting a national ID should be free and applicants should be able to have them within two weeks. We don't need maisha namba that will later be ruled as illegal.

We are protesting against the plan by the government to hinder school feeding program that has been helping many kids to have something to eat when the parents cannot afford to feed them. We are fighting for a better educational systems that allows all kids to access free education and then get employed afterwards.

The protests are also about better and free healthcare for all people. What was wrong with the NHIF that the government had to come up with SHIF ? Must every government steal from us ? We want cancer treatment to be subsidized.

We all understand that life is sacred hence those police officers seen assaulting and killing innocent civilians should be held accountable or make laws that allows citizens to fight back when  assaulted by the police.

We are fighting for proper judicial system that will fight corruption without being intimidated by the executive. Let the corrupt rot in jail.

We are fighting against tribal profiling where we get judged based on tribal and ethnic background before we get employed. We want to have one tribe and that is Kenya.

Our constitution gives supreme powers to the people and we want it to be that way. Let everyone learn to follow court orders. Courts should not exist to protect the rich and mistreat the poor.

We are fighting for proper governance. We are not protesters. We are PATRIOTS.
