THANKS TO KICD, GEN ZS CAME PREPARED


Ladies and gentlemen, let's put together our hands and clap for Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) for choosing the best set of books for our G.O.A.T generation, Generation Z.

Through this, they ensured we are prepared for everything happening now.

In Betrayal in the City, they saw how governments dealt with harmless protesters. Adika was killed in peaceful protests, which is the same thing that happened to Rex last week. 
We saw Oscar Sudi in the form of Mulili, a guy who can't speak proper English and was elected because of tribalism. He is the "unofficial" advisor to the president. He thinks after talking.

They saw Tumbo in the same book, and now Sakaja is fitting in perfectly for the role. Someone who bought academic certificates and acquired properties fraudulently.
They also learnt about Boss, the President of Kafira who never listened to the pleas of the people and resorted to threats and illegal arrests to those who opposed him. Ruto has been doing the same things by arresting youths and kids of his opposers eg the arrest of Leslie Muturi, the son of Attorney General  Justin Muturi  who was  kidnnapped just because the dad opposed the housing levy..

The same Gen Zs read the Caucasian Chalk Circle where money was paid for things not delivered.The likes of Millicent Omanga who was supposed to deliver pieces of furniture and utensils worth 1 billion. I think kama wewe ni mwenyeji "nyash-is-key" for any opportunity. We also saw how justice is ''paid'' for when Judge Azdak asks for bribes , simillar to what happens in Kenya.

The same generation was also able to see how religion was used by politicians to rise to power by Mtemi Nasaba Bora in Kidagaa Kimemwozea.

As if that was not enough, in Kigogo, we saw Sudi and Tunu representing both genders in fighting for the rights of people in Sagamoyo.

Last week I saw Uliam pinching someone and that reminds me of Majoka wanting to sleep with Ashua.

So whatever that is happening now is thanks to KICD.

Now I hope you know where Gen Zs got skills and information on how to deal with governments. Arts depicts life and through these books, we foresaw what was to come and prepared ourselves mentally.

 WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF GEN ZS. Yesterday's protests sent out warnings to the tribal kingpins who have been using tribes as a way to lead that come 2027 things will be different. And today was also  the same in Mombasa.  Let's wait for tomorrow where the ''finals'' will be held in Kisumu. The protests were led by the '' Young Kavirondo Tax Payers Association ''  popularly known as  Gen Zs who went out on the streets to protest against the proposed finance bill. This pushed the government to the extent of revising the bill or rather removing the decoy in the form of 16% VAT on bread What I found inspiring about this is that social media plays a big role in the mobilisation of youths. This is a different generation of people who according to them, they know their rights.  WHY ODM IS JOINING RUTO TO SURVIVE. First, ODM was a national party, with 8 tribal representatives from 8 now scrapped provinces. At coast, it was Najib Balala, now coast is gone, it doesn't belong to ODM. In central, it was Joseph Nyaga, central nologer thinks ODM. In Eastern, it was Charity Ngilu. Eastern went away with Kalonzo. In western, it was Mudavadi, now in government, and western is gone with Ruto. In rift valley, it was Ruto, now president. Gone forever. In Nairobi and Nyanza, Raila roared. He never roars in Nairobi. Even his Nyanza turf is now a shell of the past.  ODM has remained a luo party, and not all Luos ascribe to ODM.
